Job Description

Edmentum is hiring a Senior Corporate Counsel, based in or near the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The role owns commercial contracting for a company serving millions of students, negotiating SaaS, software licensing, customer, vendor and services agreements from first draft through signature. It builds contracting templates and playbooks, advises on U.S. and international privacy law including student data protections, partners on responsible AI governance, and serves as day-to-day employment law advisor. Candidates should bring a Juris Doctor, active bar membership, and 10 or more years of post-admission experience across law firm and in-house settings. Source: Edmentum careers page.
