Job Description
ElevenLabs, the AI research and product company behind human-like voice technology, is hiring a Senior Accountant to own the statutory accounting of its Polish entity alongside primary reporting under US GAAP, working remotely from anywhere in Poland (a Warsaw office is available if preferred). You will maintain accounting records under the Polish Accounting Act, record and review invoices, bank statements and journals, reconcile balances, maintain the fixed-asset register, prepare VAT registers and returns (JPK_V7, CIT), take part in monthly and annual closes and financial statements, liaise with the tax office, ZUS and Statistics Poland (GUS), support audits, and work with an external partner to implement a NetSuite module tailored to Polish requirements. The role needs experience owning the full books of a Polish entity (preferably 7-10 years), recent startup or scale-up experience, and English at B2 level or above.
