Job Description

The University of Sheffield, School of Computer Science, is appointing a full-time, fixed-term Research Associate in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing on the ANTIGONE project, based in Sheffield with hybrid working. The role analyses online misinformation using explainable machine-learning and language-processing methods, testing chatbot and AI-search accuracy, building verification toolkits with journalists and fact-checkers, and publishing findings in journals and at conferences.
