Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Provide outstanding service via phone and online chat
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with password resets and account creation
- Guide customers through document uploads and account navigation
- Verify eligibility for healthcare coverage and explain available options
Problem Solving
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
- Think creatively to find solutions and improve the customer experience
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Product & Policy Expertise
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
- Adapt to frequent updates in procedures and program requirements
- Demonstrate professionalism and company values in every interaction
- Complete required training and pass certification exams
Administrative Tasks
- Accurately input and update customer information in internal systems
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills (especially in a remote work environment)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Preferred Background
- Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Recent and consistent work history (no significant employment gaps)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $17.00/hr.
