We are hiring Real Estate Sales Managers / Off-Plan Specialists to join our growing sales team at Sobha Realty, one of Dubai’s leading luxury developers.
What you’ll do:
- Sell premium off-plan properties across Dubai’s most sought-after communities.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and Agency connections.
- Guide clients throughout their property investment journey.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai’s real estate industry (off-plan experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Energetic, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with unique passports are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous developer-side experience is an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Russian, Chinese, French, German or Arabic is an advantage.
- A driving license – A MUST.
