Whether you’re an experienced agent or new to property, you’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to build a lucrative, tax-free career in one of the world’s most exciting markets.
This is a commission-only role, but with unlimited earning potential and tax-free rewards, the sky’s the limit.
What’s in it for you as a Real Estate Agent:
– 50–60% commission – uncapped earnings
– £80K–£100K OTE tax-free in year one (top performers earn £300K+)

What you’ll do as a Real Estate Agent:
– Source, show, and sell premium Dubai properties
– Build your personal brand through networking & social media
– Negotiate deals and manage clients from lead to completion
Requirements:
– Passion for property
– Experience within the property industry isn’t essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
– Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
– Excellent customer service
– Driving licence
– Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
Salary:
GBP 6,500 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
