Job Description

Delivery Hero is seeking a Product Manager for Logistics Service Automations in Berlin. The role owns service automations for customers, riders and vendors, from refunds and missing items to image validation, gives AI agents the tools to resolve common support issues, and enables user self-service. It owns squad KPIs including automation rate, cost savings and fraud prevention, within the Logistics Service team shaping service experience across 60+ markets.
