Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Work on the development and enhancement of dashboard showing the active and future projects.
  • Establish the relevant study scope.
  • Manpower and organization: Create fit-for-purpose templates for PMT organization charts and prepare manpower histogram for each project coming to Project Development from the relevant BU.
  • Oversight and consultation: Oversight project status and consult PMT teams in their respective projects in engineering issues, management issues and market challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with PDE functions to realize the initiatives, i.e. AWP, carve-out non-core assets, framework agreements, etc.
  • Reporting and communication:
    • Manage interdepartmental communication and upward PDE reporting for all active projects.
    • Allow PMT project manager maximum time to manage their project activities.
