Job Description

Eastholme Home for the Aged, a nursing home in Powassan, Ontario, is hiring 9 Personal Support Workers for nursing care. Duties include bed pans, vitals, meal trays, lifting and positioning residents, bathing, dressing and grooming, wheelchair and stretcher transport, specimens, first aid, personal care, companionship, light housekeeping and laundry. Requirements include a College/CEGEP 1–2 year certificate or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, BCLS/First Aid/CPR/Nursing Aide/Health Care Aide/PSW certifications, a criminal record and vulnerable sector check, a TB test and immunization proof.
