Job Description

Careem is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Quik business in Dubai, joining a company that operates in more than 70 cities across 10 countries, according to the posting.

You will advise Quik and Legal leadership on the legal side of business decisions, helping to identify and mitigate risk across contracts and partnerships.

Key duties and requirements:

  • Advise Quik and Legal leadership on the legal aspects of business decisions, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Draft and review supply agreements, leases and bespoke partnership agreements
  • Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers and partners
