Job Description

Maple Leaf Foods is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Hamilton, ON.

Pay is listed as $47,000 – $69,000 CAD per year (as listed). This is a contract role.

Key duties and requirements:
– Acts as the first point of contact for HR inquiries at the site.
– Updates employee information in SAP and the Kronos time and attendance system and maintains employee files.
– Coordinates internal job postings and hourly recruitment and selection, prepares new hire packages and books orientation sessions.
– Supports benefits and pension administration through a third-party provider, prepares HR metrics and SAP reports, and supports OH&S training including WHMIS.
