On behalf of our client, eMagine Solutions is seeking a visionary Group HR Director to lead the people agenda across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. This executive role will oversee HR strategy for 20+ countries and a workforce of 2,000+, driving leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation in a complex, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the HR function for multiple regions, partnering with executive leadership and regional business heads.
• Drive strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion.
• Oversee HR Business Partner teams to ensure delivery of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Champion programs for high-potential talent identification, executive coaching, and workforce planning.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead organizational development, change management, and digital HR transformation (including HRIS/Workday).
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards.
• Advise senior stakeholders on all HR matters and act as a trusted business partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15+ years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex, multinational environments.
• Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
• Experience managing HR across multiple geographies (preferably Middle East, Africa, and/or Central Asia).
• Strong background in succession planning, coaching & mentoring, and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Skilled in HR digitalization and leading HRIS projects (Workday, Taleo, etc.).
• MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or related field; professional coaching certifications are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.

HR Business Partnering:
• Strong track record of partnering with executive teams and business leaders to deliver people solutions that drive results.

HR Technology & Systems:
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Taleo, etc.) and leveraging digital tools to streamline HR processes.

• In-depth knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR practices in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.
Stakeholder Management:
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Analytical & Data-Driven:
• Ability to interpret HR analytics, workforce metrics, and business data to inform decision-making.
Project & Program Management:
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-border HR initiatives on time.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments, with a flexible and adaptive leadership style.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
