We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead, Sr. to join our team.

This role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience in frontend and backend development, cloud deployment, API design, and DevOps practices , and a passion for building modern, high-performing digital solutions that enable business growth.

Job Description:

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, Sr. , you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack solutions that power mission-critical business applications. You will guide teams in implementing modern design principles, ensuring code quality, and integrating cutting-edge technologies across the software stack. The Full Stack Tech Lead, Sr. will collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack web and enterprise applications.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices to ensure technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

Full-Stack Development

  • Design and develop frontend interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Build robust backend services using technologies such as Java, Node.js, .NET, or Python.
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for seamless system integrations.
  • Develop and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

DevOps & Cloud Integration

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure application observability, logging, and monitoring across environments.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across multiple development teams.

Innovation & Problem Solving

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design trends.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural improvements.
  • Drive innovation through automation, optimization, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years as a Full Stack Tech Lead, Sr.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in API design, database management , and microservices architecture .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
