This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Coordinator to the COO, located in Islamabad. The Executive Coordinator will support the Chief Operating Officer by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities also include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling confidential information, and assisting in project management and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field with Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in project management and administrative support, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, guaranteeing clarity and accuracy.
- Facilitate communication by serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, enhancing relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up tasks to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all communications with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and ensuring projects meet the established objectives and standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage competing deadlines, ensuring all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
- Support the executive team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and file management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills by evaluating processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
