Job Description

Jeddah Knowledge International School (JKS) is a leading innovative school in Jeddah, recognised as a leader in the country dedicated to international education. The school is committed to providing high-quality education following an international curriculum, including the International Baccalaureate and American programmes, that prepares students for success in a global world.

The school is looking for an energetic, engaging and enthusiastic English Language and Literature Teacher to join JKS from 22 August 2027 on a fixed-term contract of two years. The role is in the High/Secondary School English and Literature department, and the successful candidate will deliver learning that fosters a love of learning and supports the academic growth of each student.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor Honours Degree in English Language/Literature or a related field, with teaching certification preferred, and have proven experience teaching English at the high school level and a minimum of three years’ experience. Familiarity with international curricula and best practice in language and literature instruction, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs are also required.
