Description
* Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
* Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify key roles for national talent placement
* Build strong relationships with government entities, universities, and talent networks
* Design and manage programs that support Emirati career growth, retention, and succession planning
* Monitor progress against Emiratisation KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
* Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous development for UAE Nationals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across recruitment, learning, and performance functions

Requirements:

* UAE National with Family Book
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* 8+ years of experience in Emiratisation, talent management, or strategic HR roles
* Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and national workforce initiatives
* Experience working in multinational or financial institutions is highly desirable
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change
