Job Description

Six Senses Dubai is hiring a Director of Operations to take full responsibility for the efficient operation of the hotel within Six Senses brand standards and budget. Working alongside the General Manager, the director leads a team of departmental managers, keeps the guest experience fresh by tracking industry trends, delivers pre-established financial returns on revenue, profitability and ROIC, and ensures legal, safety and brand controls are maintained across the property. A bachelor’s degree in hotel or business administration plus four to six years of general management experience in a senior operations role, more than three years in a similar luxury hotel position and previous Dubai experience are required; Arabic is the preferred additional language.
