Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience. The CSR will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
