Job Description
Bolton Hospice is looking for a Catering Assistant to join its permanent Catering team in Bolton, working part time on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 2pm (12 hours per week).
The role supports the hospice’s catering service, preparing and serving food to patients, their families and staff, and keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and well organised. Catering experience is required, ideally gained in a clinical or care home setting, and applicants should hold a Level 2 Food Safety certificate or be willing to work towards one.
The salary is £8,355 per annum (whole time equivalent £27,851). Applications close on Sunday 15th November 2026, and interviews will be held in the week commencing 9th November 2026.
