Job Description

Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, is hiring a remote Care Coach to guide higher-risk members through fertility, maternity, and family-building programs. You will manage a caseload over messaging, video, and phone, co-create SMART goals, use motivational interviewing to drive behaviour change, monitor member health data for risks, and coordinate care with providers. The shift is Monday to Friday, 3:00-11:30 p.m. EST. Candidates need one to two or more years of clinical nursing (RN) experience. Base salary is USD 62,000-78,000 per year.
