We are hiring Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls and assisting customers with their queries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information, support, or solutions based on customer needs
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet performance and quality targets
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor’s degree
- Good spoken English and Urdu (other languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required
