Job Description

Ernst & Young (EY) is hiring a Business Development Manager – Account Centric in Riyadh to focus on multiple core accounts within a market segment, driving global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across client organisations. Reporting to the region’s Business Development Leader and working closely with Global Client Service Partners, the manager drives revenue, sales and relationships, advises on account planning and key sales opportunities, facilitates client and alliance sessions, and supports cross-selling, pricing and negotiations. The role also engages account teams on major pursuits and applies EY’s strategic pursuit tools and commercial pricing methodology. Candidates need 7+ years’ experience in new business penetration and account management, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
