Job Description

Job Summary
We are partnering with a leading single family office in Dubai to hire an experienced Accountant. The role focuses on managing accounts receivables, corporate reporting, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience in the UAE, with a strong background in credit management, collections, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Assess creditworthiness of customers and monitor credit limits.
-Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain accurate debt-chasing records.
-Handle disputed bills and negotiate payments within agreed terms.
-Ensure invoices are accurate and approved (GL code, VAT, revenue recognition).
-Process and allocate receipts and payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
-Prepare monthly reports including sales flash, MEP for HFM, and internal sales analysis.
-Assist in forecasts, budgets, and 3-year plan submissions.
-Provide regular updates on customer accounts and outstanding balances.
-Maintain strong relationships with sales teams and customers to resolve queries.
-Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Ensure VAT filing and corporate tax compliance.
-Keep credit management, credit note, and bank charge policies up to date.
Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA equivalent.
-Minimum 4 years’ accounting experience in the UAE.
-Strong understanding of credit management and collections.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP software (e.g., SAP B1).
-High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
