Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome Applicants Worldwide.
  • Operate and monitor machinery such as Stranding, Extrusion, Armouring/Rewinding, Wire Drawing Machines, and Overhead Conductor for Cable.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to achieve optimal production output.
  • Conduct quality checks on produced cables to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain production records and ensure accurate reporting of daily operations.
  • Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in machinery operations within a cable manufacturing company.
  • Multiskilled in operating multiple machines (Stranding, Extrusion, Armouring/Rewinding, Wire Drawing, etc.).
  • Relevant Technical Trade Certificate / ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
