Job Description
Role: QA Analyst
Location & Remote Work Details: (Hybrid) Primarily Remote but must be available for non-reimbursed travel to client sites in Brooklyn, NY for key meetings as required.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Key Duties:
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, security, integration, and performance testing.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests on the .NET applications.
- Conduct thorough accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using a formal bug-tracking system.
- Query SQL Server databases to validate data integrity and test outcomes.
- Produce formal test result reports and contribute to project sign-off documentation (e.g., Release Acceptance Report).
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Tooling: High proficiency in writing complex SQL Queries, MS Excel, and Power BI. Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio for test planning and process mapping.
- Preferred: Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright); Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or similar certification.
