Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Executive to join our team in Paragon City, Lahore. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and customer-focused with strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally.
Manage sales leads and provide accurate product/service information.
Work on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to record and track customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with CRM tools and computer applications.
Prior experience in customer service or sales will be preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Location: Paragon City, Lahore
Salary Package: 30,000 PKR / month
