We are hiring Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls and assisting customers with their queries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information, support, or solutions based on customer needs
  • Record customer interactions accurately
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor’s degree
  • Good spoken English and Urdu (other languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required
