Job Description
Agincare is looking for a Care Assistant to join its home care team at Badminton Gardens in Bristol, working full time. The role helps people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes, supporting them with daily routines including household tasks and personal care, shopping, preparing nutritious meals, helping with medication, and offering companionship and a listening ear.
No previous care experience is needed. Applicants need a warm and compassionate nature, great people skills and a positive, team-focused attitude, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work alternating weekends. Agincare provides fully funded professional training, qualifications and career development, flexible contracts, paid mileage of 32p per mile, Blue Light discounts and a pension scheme. Applicants need at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK; the company notes it cannot offer sponsorship.
