The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will deliver its judgment on 19 November in the case concerning Myanmar and the Rohingya, Reuters reported on 3 November.
The case was brought by The Gambia, which alleges that Myanmar committed genocide against its Rohingya minority. The formal case is Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (The Gambia v. Myanmar).
Public hearings on the merits of the case were held in January 2026. The ruling, to be delivered in The Hague, will decide the case brought against Myanmar over the alleged genocide of the Rohingya.
