Job Description

The Khalil Laboratory at NYU Abu Dhabi’s Center for Smart Engineering Materials is recruiting a Junior Research Scientist to design and deploy porous materials for water remediation. The scientist will develop covalent organic frameworks (COFs), covering their synthesis, characterisation and practical application, working in a multidisciplinary team of PhD-level scientists and undergraduate students. Applicants must hold a BSc in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or a related field, with strong experimental and characterisation skills. Terms are competitive and include housing and education subsidies.
