Job Description

The Healy Laboratory in NYU Abu Dhabi’s Chemistry Program seeks a Post-Doctoral Associate (or Associate Research Scientist) starting November 2026. The research develops an automated chemical platform for the synthesis and biological evaluation of natural products as leads in a drug discovery programme, using the lab’s state-of-the-art organic synthesis facilities. Applicants must hold a PhD in chemistry or a related subject, with experience in synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry; expertise in complex molecule synthesis, particularly polyketides, is especially welcome. Terms include a competitive salary, housing allowance and education subsidies.
