Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and modernization projects.

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.

  • Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with the policies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure feasibility and timely project execution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and HSE standards.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of elevators, escalators, construction, or capital equipment (preferred).

  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator & escalator systems will be an advantage.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
